Returns Policy

However, we understand that there may be occasions when you need to return or exchange an item. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges:
To be eligible for a return or exchange, the socks must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
Returns or exchanges must be initiated within 30 days from the date of purchase.
Non-Returnable and Non-Exchangeable Items:
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been worn or washed.
We do not accept returns or exchanges on socks that have been customized, personalized, or monogrammed.
Returns Process:
To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team through email. Provide your order number, the reason for the return or exchange, and any supporting details.
Pack the socks securely in the original packaging to prevent damage during transit.
Include the RMA number on the package and ship it to the address provided by our customer service team.
